A designed, family-friendly 2-bedroom apartment with a living room and a generous 68 m² courtyard. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and 3 double beds (one bedroom contains two double beds), a sofa bed in the living room, private toilet and shower, a large equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto a large courtyard with seating areas and a full sea view. The apartment suits 8 guests. It has cable TV (YES) in both the living room and the bedrooms, a 75-inch TV in the living room, free Wi-Fi, and an equipped kitchen — fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave, cooking and dining utensils, and a Nespresso machine with capsules. Blue-and-white parking beside the property (₪28 per day via the Pango/Cellopark app). The apartment is about 800 metres from the Mul Hayam mall, the main promenade and the beach. It matters to us that our guests enjoy a quiet, quality holiday, so we do not permit amplified music, karaoke sets or excessive noise.
